Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Critical Role gear as much as a natural twenty, but if your items aren't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Loot

  Carefully pack your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garments are in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Claim Your Reward

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
